Sulphur-free Sydney Pear Yangfei Decoction has the functions of clearing heat and moistening dryness, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, nourishing lungs, soothing liver and reducing fire. It is a soup suitable for both adults and children.

使用方式 How to use

药材汤:用1.5升—3升的水(随个人喜欢)煮至沸腾,倒入材料,用大火煮10分钟后,转小火再煮2—3个小时。可加上肉, 红枣, 盐会更加鲜甜。

Cooking method:
Herbal soup: boil with 1.5 liters-3 liters of water (according to personal preference) until it boils, pour in the ingredients, cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 2-3 hours. You can add meat, red dates and salt to make it more fresh and sweet.
