食用煮法:

  2. 在未加入浸泡后的雪蛤之前,先把其他用料及1.5公升清水放入电子砂锅,用中火煮约90分钟。
  3. 然后加入浸泡后的雪蛤,继续用小火煮约半小时,冷热皆可食用。

Edible cooking method:
